Product Thinking for Compliance
I do not simply tell you yes or no. I review formulas, rebuild flow charts and restructure labeling logic the way a product team refines a prototype, until it fits the actual review logic of Thailand FDA.
I am Will. Before founding PrepExport, I spent ten years working as a product manager in the internet industry. Two years ago, I moved into the prepared food export business in Southeast Asia, a traditional-looking industry that is actually highly complex beneath the surface.
In my view, Thailand FDA filing is never a mechanical paperwork exercise. It is a high-standard product delivery process. What determines the result is not whether the documents are submitted, but whether each step has been aligned systematically.
When someone with ten years of product management experience shifts into Thailand FDA filing, the work no longer looks like forms, certificates and correction requests. It becomes a system of interfaces that must be broken down, reviewed, rebuilt and pushed forward in the right sequence.
That is why I do not position myself as a filing runner. Instead of giving vague suggestions, I focus on the things that actually matter to the business: whether the formula can pass, whether the process can run, whether progress stays transparent and whether the result can be repeated for future SKUs.

Cross-border filing fails most often when progress becomes a black box. I break the process into milestones, deliverables and risk alerts, so decisions are not based on vague promises like “almost done”.
Ten years in product management trained me to turn fragmented information into repeatable logic. That is how I turned two years of field work across markets, FDA meetings and cold-chain sites into a clearer export SOP.

I am not just helping you obtain a filing result. I am using product-management discipline to build a more certain, transparent and repeatable compliance path into Southeast Asia.
